These terms and conditions describe principles for shopping in www.lilkid.lv store. 

Seller of the goods available in the online store and Customer, who makes an order, mutually consents the Distance Selling Agreement, which comes into force when Customer has received order confirmation in the registered e-mail. 

If the Customer orders goods in the www.lilkid.lv on-line store, it is deemed that Customer has read, understands and accepts these terms. 

SIA Rimato has rights to change these terms and conditions unilaterally by publishing those in www.lilkid.lv webpage section "Terms".  

PRODUCT AND PRICE 

Pictures in the on-line store have informative nature. Products by their characteristics (color, form, texture) may slightly differ from the photos due to limitations of screens, photo equipment etc. Prices of the products are displayed including VAT rate. SIA Rimato has rights to change prices and offer discounts unilaterally without prior notification. All displayed prices are final, except for delivery fee. 

All products visible in online store are available at warehouse and will be ready for shipping within 1-3 working days. Products which are not available are marked as "sold out". In order to find out restock timing, please contact the company using contact form or send e-mail to [email protected]

Price of the delivery is indicated before the payment for the order and depends on the selected delivery method. Orders over 30 Eur are delivered free of charge in the territory of Latvia. 

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS 

Customer makes and order in the on-line store indicating selected products and quantity. 

Customer should also select delivery method, fill-in name, surname, e-mail and phone number.  By making order, Customer confirms that product description has been read and is clear. 

Seller is not liable for any losses incurred by the Customer due to indicated faulty information in the order. Seller sends to the Customer automated e-mail as order confirmation. If Customer notices any errors or faulty information in the received confirmation, Customer should immediately contact online store support by phone +371 29377052 or e-mail: [email protected]

Orders will be prepared for shipping using selected method by the Customer within 1-3 working days. Delivery fee depends on the selected delivery method. 

Customer can make payment for the order using in-built payment solutions or paying based on the received invoice from the Seller. Invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without signature. 

After the payment, order is considered to be completed and Seller starts to prepare shipment. Order is automatically canceled if Seller has not received payment within 7 days after issuing invoice. 

In case Seller cannot deliver ordered item or ordered quantity, Seller will contact Customer to agree about either replacement of the product or any other mutually acceptable solution. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

Customer has rights with withdraw and order within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order. Customer should send letter of withdrawal to e-mail [email protected] of

It is duty of customer to deliver products to Seller within 7 days after sending letter of withdrawal. All related delivery costs are covered by the Customer. 

Customer can not use rights of withdrawal if: 

• Ordered items by their nature cannot be returned or they are perishable
• Ordered items are tailor made 

Customer is accountable for safeguarding quality and condition of items during the period of rights of withdrawal. Seller has rights to refuse acceptance of withdrawal or apply compensation fee if product is damaged or incorrectly used or it's original packaging is lost or significantly damaged. 

Amounts which are paid to the Customer for the returned goods are transferred to the given bank account within 7 working days. 

Costs for transportation are not returned. 

DATA PRIVACY

By filling in information for the order, Customer agrees that the given data will be used to process the order and ensure delivery. Customer also agrees that given e-mail will be used to send order confirmation. Phone number and e-mail can also be used if there is a need to communicate about the order.
